Eligibility requirements

Applicant Requirements (hoặc For Applicants) Conditions:

Business owners, executives, or senior managers of a Vietnamese company seeking to expand business, invest, or pursue permanent residency in the U.S.
Employed full-time with the Vietnamese company for at least 1 continuous year within the past 3 years prior to filing.

Enterprise Requirements (hoặc For Qualifying Companies)

The Vietnamese company must have been actively operating for at least 1 year.
Employs over 10 full-time staff members.
Demonstrates profitability and full corporate tax compliance.
Qualifying relationship with the U.S. entity (must operate as a parent company, subsidiary, branch, or affiliate).
Eligible to establish a new U.S. office or acquire/invest in an existing U.S. business.
